Stainless steel pipe is a hollow welded steel pipe processed by the perforation method. Wenzhou stainless steel pipe manufacturers usually, stainless steel pipe outside diameter range from 0.1 mm to 1425 mm, wall thickness range from 0.01-200 mm to 200 mm. Stainless steel pipe is divided into three processes from steel to final forming.

The first stage is completed in the rolling mill, producing annular solid billets mainly through casting.

The second stage is completed in the pipe rolling mill. The billets obtained from the rolling mill stainless steel pipe mill are cut into blocks, then transferred to a melting furnace for heating and perforated with a pressure perforator after exiting the furnace. A common perforator is the conical roll perforator. The products processed with this perforator have good quality and large diameter expansion. At the same time, the production efficiency is relatively high. When piercing, the wall thickness of the perforated capillary tube must be uniform, small olive ring degree, and high geometric dimensional accuracy. Secondly, the inner and outer surfaces of the capillary should be smoother and free from defects such as scarring, folding and cracking. Finally, there must be a corresponding perforation speed and rolling cycle to accommodate the production rhythm of the unit so that the final rolling temperature of the billet can meet the requirements of the rolling mill. After perforation, the billet is faced with two rolling methods, hot rolling and cold rolling. Hot rolling is based on the subsequent process of shrinkage master and the empirical formula to determine the wall thickness of the steel pipe, and then through continuous rolling to turn the billet into a wall thickness close to the finished product, and then the billet is rotated at high speed into the sizing machine to get the desired billet. After cold rolling, the billets are perforated, the billets are header annealed, pickled with a special acidic liquid and cold rolled several times to form the billets.

The third stage is completed at the pipe making plant. The subsequent treatment in the pipe making plant is divided into two parts: heat treatment and pipe processing. Heat treatment is the corresponding heat treatment of the billet tube, followed by straightening and then non-destructive testing of the stainless steel tube for cracks, bubbles and other problems. Tube processing is the corresponding mechanical processing of the billet tube, including tapping, through-hole, painting and other processes. After the completion of heat treatment and tube processing, the finished steel pipe is finally obtained.
