Characteristics and application areas.

Features.

* A nickel-based alloy with Ni-Cr as the main component, in which the content of oxidation-resistant Cr is about 30%.

* It has both corrosion resistance and heat resistance.

* In 1150~1200℃ molten silicate glass corrosive environment, it has non-oxidation, non-adhesive glass material, high temperature strength and long service life up to 16~18 months.

Applications.

* Used for making parts of heavy oil fuel furnace.

* Used in high-pressure water steam generation equipment and devices.

* Bellows compensator expansion joint, radioactive waste treatment equipment.

* Parts for furnaces for vulcanization of alkali metals.

* Machines for the production of glass and silicate products.

* High-temperature corrosion-resistant components, such as ends, havoc rings, blowing rods, mandrels and other components, also used as corrosion-resistant high-temperature structural component materials.
