Features and Applications:

Features:

* The alloy contains about 30% Fe and is included in the super austenitic stainless series with a face-centered cubic lattice metallographic structure.

* Used for various applications containing sulfur and phosphorus, it has a high resistance to hydrochloric acid corrosion, especially in non-flowing and non-ventilated solutions susceptible to chloride porosity and gap corrosion.

* Lower corrosion resistance to strong alkalis and halogens than alloys with higher nickel content.

* Good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.

*. Very good oxidation resistance and non-oxidizing thermal acidity.

* Good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperatures up to 550°C.

* Certified to manufacture pressure vessels at temperatures up to 450°C.

Applications:

* For heat exchangers and condensers

* Components for applications in sulfuric acid environments and acid gases containing many ions.

* Pipelines for oil and steam transmission, coolers for oil and steam.

* Nuclear waste disposal devices.
