The wide application of stainless steel profile has high requirements on its performance and many aspects, and very strict operation is needed in the humongous joint. Haughty previously introduced the precautions of the hummer. Here we introduce the welding requirements in detail.

1. Welding should be based on the sheet metal material, plate thickness and welding position to select the appropriate welding method. Ensure good appearance and reduce welding deformation

2. The welding of non-inductive steel is below in front of the guaranteed force, the welding point, the welding is placed as far as possible in a position that has no effect on the appearance, the layout of the welding point is as even as possible, the size is moderate, and no defects such as surface burns and abrasions can occur. There shall be no residues such as welding slag.

3、After welding, the surface of the workpiece should be free of obvious concave and convex deformation and distortion that affects the appearance of the product and cannot be corrected. Concave and convex deformation to flatness allowed difference: (&1mm/.500×500)

4, cloth on the main appearance of the surface and the corner of the welding should be completely welded, easy to grind processing. Can not grind treatment of the secondary appearance of the surface and corner welding, welding points should be as smooth and uniform as possible

5, try to avoid the appearance of the front and back side of the burning welding, the welding point will be distributed within the folded edge and corners. Welding should be arc welding, adding welding rod should use stainless steel welding rod to avoid rusting. Stainless steel nuts should be used when welding nuts.

6, all welding positions of stainless steel profiles must be welded, and the surface cannot be burned/welded less after welding, the product must be loaded with water to test for leakage.
