HK30 stainless steel powder as raw material, using injection molding process, sintered at 1290 ℃ to prepare HK30 stainless steel, the austenite grain growth law of HK30 stainless steel at different holding temperatures (900 ~ 1250 ℃ and holding time (3 ~ 12 h) was studied. The results show that: the austenite grain size grows exponentially with the increase of holding temperature, and the 304 stainless steel strip grows in an approximate parabolic form with the increase of holding time; based on the existing sellars model, the mathematical model of austenite grain growth of HK30 stainless steel was obtained by nonlinear regression of experimental data; the HK30 stainless steel specimens with different grain sizes were tested at room temperature and The tensile properties of HK30 stainless steel specimens with different grain sizes were tested at room temperature and 650°C. The results showed that: at room temperature, the coarse grains decreased significantly with the increase of grain size by magnetic force measurement, the tensile strength of the specimens decreased from 621.83 MPa to 505.755 MPa, the yield strength decreased from 315.85 MPa to 282.988 MPa, the elongation decreased from 43.29% to 37.52%, but at high temperature the tensile strength and However, the reduction of tensile strength and yield strength at high temperature is not significant, and it is recommended that the grain size should not exceed 65 μm in practical applications.
